Q What size unit do I need?

Q How does your billing cycle work?
A When you move in your first month’s rent is prorated so that subsequent payments will be due on the 1st of the month. A statement will be mailed or emailed to you around the 15th of the month, as a reminder for the upcoming month. 

Q What forms of payment do you accept?
A We accept cash, check and money orders, Paypal, MasterCard and Visa.

Q How can I pay my bill?
A Along with mailing a check or dropping by the office there are several other ways to make your payments. You can set up an automatic credit card payment plan at the office. You can pay by phone, or online using your credit card or Paypal. Your bank probably offers online bill pay, and for after hour payments there is a drop box for checks located at the office door.

Q Will I receive a refund?
A We require a 14 day written move out notification. So long as the terms of your lease have been met, any FULL prepaid months rent will be refunded by check.

Q Will my rate increase?
A We try our hardest to limit the frequency of increases. You are guaranteed a fixed rate for the first six months of your lease.

Q Are my belongings insured?
A As stated in the lease agreement we do not carry insurance on your stored belongings. Information brochures for storage insurance are available in the office. Check with your insurance provider, you may be covered if you have home owners insurance or renter insurance.

Q What do I need to do to vacate the unit?
A A written notification 14 days before the end of the month is required. Remove your lock from the unit and empty it completely.

Q What do I do if I’ve lost my keys?
A Contact the office. Your lock will need to be cut off by our staff. There is a $20 fee for this service. DO NOT try to cut the lock yourself, if someone sees you cutting a lock they will call the police.
