It can be assumed any and all contents left in my Storage Unit or Parking Space

after the above date, have been abandoned by me and may disposed of at the

sole discretion of the property owner.

 

I understand I MUST complete ALL of the following by the above vacate date:

Remove my lock from my storage space (if applicable);

Remove ALL items from my storage space or parking space, and leave it
“broom clean” and damage free;

Pay all amounts due, if any;

Return any keys provided to me (if applicable).
